The scope of our service includes general development, construction management, property management, long-term financial planning, accounting, lease preparation and negotiation, and daily accounting. Our services are also available on a more limited basis, depending upon our clients’ requirements. Principals of Atlantic Tambone Robert F. Tambone: President, and Anthony A. Tambone: Executive Vice President, are directly involved in the day-to-day activities of all the different areas of the company, resulting in a flexible, responsive, task-oriented approach. Our objective is to preserve and enhance the value of our own as well as our clients’ real estate holdings through meticulous planning, fiscal management and hands-on operational supervision. In view of the constant fluctuation of real estate valuations, we develop comprehensive long-range plans for each property, identifying and recommending possible strategies to maximize returns. Capital needs studies are performed for each property and updated on an annual basis, with replacement reserve recommendations anticipating large future expenditures. Ongoing preventative maintenance programs minimize the potential for disruptive and unforeseen emergencies, and help to preserve the property’s value. In addition, we have the capability to analyze real estate tax bills in order to file timely real estate tax abatements when necessary. Supporting these efforts is a computerized accounting department, whose staff members offer solid experience in real estate management. The accounting department, an integral component of Atlantic Tambone, is responsible for financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting and accurate, on-time reporting. Of great value, too, is our ability to review insurance coverage and work with insurance representatives to determine proper coverage.
